pamm hong
Pamm Hong AKA Suki Quasimodo is an interdisciplinary artist, writer, and sound artist working at the crossroads of intuition, technology, and cultural memory. With over a decade of experience spanning Asia and Europe, her practice explores how sound, systems, and narrative can reshape our understanding of identity and time — a process she calls Crafting Sensory Dialogues.
Creative Practice
Her work spans EXPERIMENTAL composition, algorithmic art, essay-based publishing, installations, recorded works, and cultural strategy for artists and institutions.
Awards & Achievements
Pamm’s career is award-winning and intentionally varied. She has won two Clio Awards and a D&AD Pencil for cultural campaigns that challenge norms. Her speculative project Watermelon Sugar was named a Top 20 Disruptor and One to Watch by The Future Laboratory.
Publications & Speaking
Her work and writing have appeared in D&AD, FRAME, Dezeen, LSN Global, and the Huffington Post. She has spoken at events including Milan Design Week, Sydney Design Festival, UsTwo, and Rainmaking Loft.
Community & Mentorship
Pamm sits on the advisory board of CDR, a Black-led UK music platform, and serves as a trustee for BakeRight, a prison reform charity. She has mentored emerging creatives through initiatives with Ladies, Wine & Design, the V&A, London College of Fashion, and Sarah Bonnell School. She also founded the Strategy Junior Placement Program at DesignStudio and created The Experimental House, a platform connecting women innovators with industry leaders.
